Welcome Back to the Gym, Mr. Miller

Today was the first day being back to the gym in quite some time. Frankly it sucked, I didn't realize how out of shape I am until this morning. Regardless I went and am very happy for doing so. I decided to help keep me accountable I will be posting what I completed here.

34x70lbs Bench Press
15x65lbs Incline Bench Press
50x70lbs Shoulder Rows
